I don’t have much to say about Meteos. It’s a cool reverse Tetris thing where you launch blocks into the air. Yet something about it never clicked with me, so I played it a bit and then moved on.
However, it is a reminder of a mistake when I was a kid. I’m not sure why, but when traveling to visit my dad, I was insistent on bringing my game cases with me. As you can imagine, shoving a bunch of boxes in a backpack is a recipe for disaster. Many of them were damaged, but Meteos might have gotten it the worse. The entire back of the case was stabbed about ten times by who knows what. The front didn’t go unscathed either, but it’s much less noticeable.
I’m lucky, this could have gone a lot worse. The front of the case largely looks clean and, honestly, I don’t care all that much about Meteos. My sister eventually bought me a nice set of carrying cases for my DS games. So now, the boxes stay at home.
